Yes, I'm talking about none other than Thailand, the World's Top Retirement Destination For Aussies.

The Affordable, Tropical Expat Haven That "Pulls You In "From The Moment You Arrive

Thailand is a place where you can:

Here Are A DOZEN Reasons Why Thailand Has Just Been Crowned The #1 Expat Destination In The World For Australians

Thailand offers:

  1. Warm weather year round. Since Thailand is in the tropics, it never really gets cold here…unless you're way up in the hills during the winter months. Here in Thailand, you can enjoy warm, sunny weather pretty much every month of the year. (It does get rainy sometimes in October and November, but most of the time here, it's very, very pleasant.)
  2. A favourable exchange rate. At the moment, the Thai baht/AU dollar exchange rate is quite favourable for Australians. So when you consider that you can order a mouth-watering street-side lunch for as little as $2.20…fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai for as little as $45…and rent a stylish, fully-furnished beach condo for as little as $529 a month, you can clearly see how much money you'll save. It's a great time to be an expat in Thailand!
  3. A low cost-of-living. With today's exchange rate combined with Thailand's already-low cost-of-living, it's never been easier to live better for less than it is right now in Thailand. On a budget of just $2,500 a month, a couple can live quite comfortably here. Singles can live well here on even less. And when you bump that up to, say, $3,500 a month or more, you can enjoy all the creature comforts you desire. Throw in one trip or so per month within Thailand…or even to a neighbouring country like Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam…and you'll still have some money left over.
  4. World-class islands and beaches. Thailand boasts over 3,200 kilometres of coastline…hundreds of gorgeous tropical islands including Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Koh Lanta, Koh Lipe, Koh Chang and more…offers plentiful white-sand beaches on both coasts…and warm, year-round waters perfect for swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving and other water sports. And you won't believe the colours of the seas here in Thailand. The aquamarine waters almost look luminescent in places. And at night, depending on where you are in Thailand, you can witness the absolutely amazing, phosphorescent, "glow-in-the-dark" plankton light up the evening seas. It's a sight to behold!
  5. Lush, green jungles and exotic wildlife. Since Thailand is located in the tropics of Southeast Asia, it's home to some of the most exotic jungles and wildlife in the entire world. Here you'll find over 1,000 species of orchids…264 mammal species, including wild tigers and elephants…over 900 bird species…and countless marine creatures, including whale sharks…pink dolphins…dugongs (sea cows) and hawksbill turtles…to name a few of many! It's a nature-lover's dream in Thailand…and you'll have plenty of opportunities to take "once-in-a-lifetime" photos of exotic wildlife while you're here. Just watch out for the monkeys. They can be a bit mischievous!
  6. A thriving expat community. It's estimated several hundred thousand expats call Thailand home for at least part of the year. Some expats live here full-time. And others take advantage of Thailand's attractive retirement program once they turn 50 years old (more on this in just a moment). So it's super-easy to make like-minded friends from all over the world. You'll find the expat community here is very tight-knit…and there are always new and fun activities, which you can join in on.
  7. Tasty Thai food. They say there are as many different Thai curries alone as there are days of the year. And if one thing's for sure, they're all super-tasty! Here you can tuck into a bowl of freshly-prepared street-side green curry chicken, with fresh local vegetables and steamed white rice, for just two dollars and change…watch the sunset at a local surfside seafood restaurant, and dine on grilled mackerel, with a baked potato and mixed green salad, for as little as $7.70…or go all-out and order a steamed lobster the size of your forearm, with all the trimmings, for $45! What's more, Thai food is only the beginning. Because there's such a large expat presence in Thailand, you'll find cuisine from all over the world here. So your taste buds will never get stuck "in a food rut" in Thailand!
  8. Exotic cultures and traditions. Here in Thailand, you'll find awe-inspiring gilded temples…expansive "floating" markets where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and other goods straight from a boat in the canals…witness the majesty of the Loi Krathong festival, with its thousands of lanterns flying into the nighttime skies…watch two Muay Thai boxers give it their all in a Muay Thai boxing match…and so much more.
  9. Excellent, affordable healthcare. In Thailand's big cities, you'll find modern hospitals with plenty of English-speaking medical professionals. Many of them have trained in Western countries like Australia, the U.S., Canada and the UK. What's more, prices here are much more affordable than they are back home. A visit to an English-speaking doctor costs as little as $13…a teeth cleaning as little as $22…and an overnight stay in an air-conditioned room at a top-rate private hospital with English-speaking staff for as little as $175 - including nursing and inpatient services!
  10. Easy access to modern amenities. Today's Thailand boasts massive, modern, air-conditioned shopping centres…fully stocked grocery stores—many of which sell popular imported goods like Heinz tomato sauce… Italian olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette, and more. The airports are as modern as any you'll find in the world. And beautiful, too. (Wait until you see Koh Samui's airport. It's completely open-air, with thatched roofs, coffee shops, restaurants and stores. And it's only about 10 minutes from the beach!)
  11. Solid digital infrastructure. No need to worry if you'll get reliable internet access or mobile phone coverage while you're in Thailand. Even fibre-optic internet is becoming much more widely available in Thailand…even on smaller islands like idyllic Koh Phangan. And mobile phone coverage is solid, too—with 3G widely prevalent—and 4G in many places now. Plus, you'll find all the operators speak VERY good English when you set up your service…and it's really easy to do…so you can be "connected" from the very first day you arrive.
  12. The legendary friendliness of the Thai people. Of course, it's impossible to talk about Thailand without mentioning how friendly the locals are. It really seems like hospitality is in their blood. They'll often go way, WAY beyond the call of duty just to make sure you have what you need. Whether it's finding directions to a restaurant you'll be meeting friends at…helping you install digital TV in your new home…or teaching you a few new words in Thai…you'll be amazed at how welcoming and friendly the Thai people are.

And then, of course, there is…

Thailand's Attractive Retirement Visa For Expats!

If you're over 50 and you want to stay in Thailand full-time, then you'll want to take a close look at Thailand's attractive retirement visa for expats.

Known as the Non-Immigrant Visa "O-A" (Long Stay), this visa allows you to stay in Thailand legally for one year…with single or multiple entries…and unlimited renewals.

To qualify, all you need to do is be 50 years of age or over and show 800,000 baht (about $35,300) in the bank, a monthly income of at least 65,000 baht (about $2,870), or a combination of bank account funds and income totalling 800,000 baht (about $35,300) as of this year.

Many, many expats take advantage of this attractive visa once they turn 50.

It's a great way to enjoy Thailand's super-low cost of living (and everything else Thailand has to offer) without worrying about your visa status.

So as you can gather, Thailand really isn't a "secret" when it comes to expat retirement destinations. In fact, Thailand has just been crowned the #1 Retirement Destination in International Living Australia's Global Retirement Rankings.

And just look at what the mainstream press is saying about expat life in Thailand these days…

The Word Is Getting Out About Thailand!

The Wall Street Journal stated, "Seeking good friends and financial security, and don't mind being close to palm trees and white-sand beaches? Thailand might be just the place you're looking for…"

The HSBC Expat Explorer Survey confirms, "From idyllic islands and verdant scenery to the crowded capital of Bangkok, the Kingdom of Thailand is a land of contrasts that smiles on expats. There's plenty of sunshine, magnificent beaches and English is widely understood. You can also expect your money to go further."

The Huffington Post wrote, "Looking to start a new life abroad and don't know where to start? According to a new survey of expats around the world, the best place for reinventing yourself is Thailand. Compared to the global average of 57 percent, 76 percent of expats living in Thailand said it was easy to make friends in their new home. Expats living in Thailand also enjoy the best social life (59 percent) compared to foreigners in other countries."

A quote in Outside Magazine stated, "From Thailand's countless tropical beaches and islands, to the world-class restaurants and modern infrastructure, the cultural attractions, and a still relatively attractive overall cost of living, it's really hard for any country to top."

And the International Business Times said, "For best overall expat experience, Thailand ranked first."

As you can see, the word is definitely out about Thailand!

But here's the thing…

Once the mainstream media starts giving a place like this all kinds of great press, more people will start showing up looking to start a new life on the cheap in Thailand.

And when that happens, prices rise. It's inevitable. Simple supply and demand.

THERE'S NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME to give exotic, welcoming Thailand a much closer look…

(And in a few short months, YOU could be enjoying a similar Thailand "success story" like these!)

Case Study #1 (Excellent Medical Facilities): Retired Couple Enjoy a Five-Star Lifestyle in Chiang Mai…and rent for $570 a Month

With its tropical climate, low cost of living, and beautiful surrounding countryside, Chiang Mai is Thailand's best-value retirement destination.

In fact, it's among the best "bang-for-your-buck" destinations in the entire region, attracting thousands of Australian, North American and European retirees.

Among them are Nicole and Robert Lofft—who never looked back after moving to this northern city, home to nearly a million people, over ten years ago.

"We came over for a month in 2006 on a reconnaissance mission and threw ourselves into all the expat activities," says Nicole. "We decided it could work, went back home, and proceeded to unwind our lives there. We returned in 2008 and have been here ever since."

They sold their business assets and lived off that money until Robert's pension was available.

"For the first few years, we lived fairly frugally. Now we are getting a little more income as our various pension streams begin to kick in."

Robert served in the military in Vietnam in the 1970s. After getting married, the couple came over to Southeast Asia several times on holiday.

"As time went on and we thought of maybe retiring, we thought about where we could do that overseas," says Robert. Nicole has a heart condition, which had a big influence on their choice of retirement destination. "When we looked at Thailand, we decided that the excellent medical facilities made it ideal," she says.

They love Thailand's affordability, too. Now they get to live the "dream retirement" they always wanted…without breaking the bank. Nicole explains, "We can eat out at wonderful five-star restaurants for a fraction of what it would cost back home."

They spend less than $20 a day dining out.

The medical and dental care in Thailand rivals anything in the Western world.

Basic "walk-in" consultations and treatments are quite inexpensive. A visit to a specialist rarely costs more than $55 to $70, including simple tests and X-rays.

Another big draw for retirees is the cost of housing. With a long-term, five-year lease, Nicole and Robert pay only $570 a month for their 83-square-metre apartment in the heart of the city.

Nicole explains, "We not only have a place we like, but also a landlord we like. With the owner's permission, we have spent money remodelling the apartment to our liking. We also seem to make a major purchase each year, like a new TV, furniture or appliances.

"Part of what sold me on Chiang Mai, even back in 2006, was the number of women who were here on retirement visas," she adds.

"It isn't just a place for men to come and retire, and find a young Thai girlfriend. There are a lot of women here on their own. Chiang Mai is a very safe place to live. Older people are treated with respect. Women are treated with respect."

But the local community is what the couple loves most about their new home.

"We are involved in a lot of different activities and love to travel around Thailand," says Nicole.

"Robert is president of the local Rotary International club, I'm president of the Chiang Mai Expats Club, and we go to a lot of charitable activities and fundraisers. We wanted to get involved in community service during our retirement, and that is one thing that appealed to us about Chiang Mai.

"If you toss out all the charity and community service activity, we'd probably save at least $550 to $700 or more per month, what with direct costs, travel, office expenses, and translation costs. But we'd have to find something else to do with our time, and that would probably involve money, also," Nicole says.

But "living the dream" for Nicole and Robert is to help make this part of the world a better place to live, while enjoying a high-quality retirement.

In Chiang Mai, they can do both.

Case Study #2 (Reinvent Yourself): How 50-year-old Ben Became a Dive Instructor on the Tropical Island of Phuket

When Ben Stafford's wife filed for divorce, his world turned upside down.

He was 50 years old at the time, a successful executive, working all the hours under the sun and earning more money than he could possibly spend.

But Ben decided on a complete change: country, job and lifestyle.

"I'd been diving all my life and I loved it. Whenever I was underwater, a calm would come over me and I'd find myself thinking, 'This is what life is about.' I'd often thought about living that exact lifestyle, and when my personal circumstances changed, it was an opportunity to reinvent myself and do something completely different.” Once he left home, Ben says he started over "with virtually nothing, very little money, and basically just the clothes I was wearing on my back."

Ben pursued his dream of a new lifestyle on the island of Phuket, off the east coast of Thailand.

It was an easy choice.

"It's a mecca for scuba divers from all over the world, its waters are clear and clean, and there are a number of diveable wrecks close to shore that get better and better as the years go on. Every year, coral growth increases," says Ben.

Finding a way to make money doing something he loved was easier than expected. Ben became a dive instructor.

"Becoming one is a relatively easy process, and—as long as you are fit, like meeting people, and like adventure—it's a job that you can do at any age," he says.

"And the diving is just amazing."

Ben lives in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house with expansive gardens, just a 10-minute drive from the beach.

He pays $1,115 a month, including utilities. Local meals are cheap, averaging under $4 a sitting.

His total outlay per month, including rent, is about $2,100.

Electricity, water and garbage collection cost $110 a month. Unlimited data usage on the internet costs $28, and his weekly food bill costs about $80.

"I eat out a lot, and I eat locally, so it's cheap. Eating out three times a day costs $20. "Obviously, if you drink a lot it will cost you a lot more. An imported beer costs $3, whereas a local beer costs just $1.80."

So…will Ben ever leave? He's sure got a definite answer for that!

"No. I decided when I arrived that I would learn to speak Thai and I do now, fluently. You don't have to, because the people here speak English, but I was determined to make an effort and it's paid off. This is home for me now, and it's where I want to spend the rest of my life."

Case Study #3: (Better Beach Life Than Home) Affordable Beach Living on the Island of Koh Samui

When you come from a beach city, most people think, "You are already in paradise—why would you ever leave?"

But after travelling throughout Thailand and Malaysia, Ralf Briggs fell in love with the island of Koh Samui.

So he went home, tied up loose ends, and moved there three months later.

Back home, Ralf had it all: a booming hypnotherapy business, a beautiful home near the beach, and great friends and family.

But he also had a severe back problem, which left him constantly needing prescription drugs to manage the pain.

"After exhausting every Western healing modality, I wanted some mind/body approaches to health. I needed the Eastern philosophy of medicine, which stresses the mind/body connection, as opposed to the pill-popping methods of many Western doctors. The best deep-tissue massages, acupuncture and Chinese herbs are here on this little island," says Ralf.

"In Koh Samui, I get great healthcare for about $72 a month."

Ralf had his first experience with the medical industry here before he was completely drug-free, and while his back was still giving him problems.

He says, "I went to a doctor for an exam, I received three filled prescriptions, a steroid shot for inflammation from a nurse, and was out of the office within 20 minutes, with a bill for $72. No absurd mountain of paperwork, no waiting, and, best of all, no bill with three zeros attached."

Living in Koh Samui is affordable in every way, not just the healthcare. Ralf rents a detached bungalow with a full-sized kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and one bedroom with a king-size bed. Wi-Fi and international TV channels are all included for $745 a month.

He has an air-conditioning unit but doesn't need it all the time.

Between his electric and water bills, he has never spent more than $75.

Ralf is less than two kilometres from the beach, and a few minutes' walk from all the stores.

But because he is up in the hills, it's absolutely super quiet.

He says, "I have the perfect blend of quiet at home, but I'm only a few minutes away from everything modern I need."

It wasn't just the affordable cost of living that Ralf sought.

"I also wanted to get away from all the negativity that seems to be a huge part of Western society. There is a warped relationship with age, where you're old if you're over 40. In Thailand, with age comes respect and wisdom, which makes more sense. This is a very tolerant society. A real live-and-let-live mentality.

"It's a Buddhist-based culture, where generosity is the number-one virtue, so people who have very little still find a way to give and contribute. They believe in the basics of karma, so what you give comes back to you."

Ralf was looking for a modern place with all the latest amenities, combined with a quiet, simple life. He found just that in Lamai, Koh Samui's second-largest beach resort area.

"Because the island is a major tourist destination, it has everything that travellers need, which makes it very convenient. Six months of the year is the low season, with very few tourists, so it's mellow and quiet. The other six months of the year are way busier and very lively. For me, it's a perfect happy medium," he says.

"It has everything I had back home: a large grocery store, every type of food or restaurant you could imagine, clubs, sports pubs, gyms and the beach, of course. The convenience factor of being on a small island is huge for me. Everything I need is in a two-kilometre loop."

A hypnotherapist by profession and also a professional musician in his younger years, Ralf keeps busy by sharing his skills.

"I have a few clients I help with hypnotherapy, and I also teach some music to a few students, all expats. I am a big-time reader of non-fiction, and there is a huge used-book store here, where you can rent any book for under $3 and keep it as long as you like. There is also a big, modern movie theatre on the island for people who want to catch the latest Hollywood blockbuster."

In Ralf's opinion, "it's easy to make friends here."

"And because tourism is such a huge industry, most of the locals speak some English," he says.

"I have made several expat friends from around the world, and we go to any one of the sports pubs nearby to hang out, have some food and a couple beers, and watch football and UFC. All the creature comforts are here. I'm never bored."

Since Ralf's back is better and he's no longer on any medications, he really focuses on a natural way to keep his back in shape.

He gets two 90-minute massages and one acupuncture session a week.

The total cost per month is about $380.

One of those famed Thai massages on the beach will not break the bank at under $14…

Ralf's cost of living in Koh Samui is a quarter of what it was back home.

Add to that the fantastic healthcare system, the near-perfect weather, the friendly people and the low-stress lifestyle, and it's no wonder Ralf feels he has found his very own utopia.

And by the way…Thai expats like Ben Stafford in Phuket… Nicole and Robert Lofft in Chiang Mai…and Ralf Briggs in Koh Samui are far from alone.

HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of expats from all over the world now call "The Land Of Smiles" their new part-time or full-time home

How Do You Do It?

What's the best "first step" on your journey towards living part-time or full-time in Thailand today?

This is something you DO need to ask yourself…

…BEFORE you go…

…even though it is indeed such an easy place to "set up shop" and start calling your new "home away from home" almost immediately.

Before you go, you've got to ask yourself a few simple, yet critically important, questions like:

Well…to answer all questions like these and more, we've created the ultimate resource on how to make Thailand your new part-time or full-time home.

It's called Escape to Thailand: Everything You Need to Know to Retire Better, Invest Well, and Enjoy the Good Life for Less.

And it is, quite frankly, the very best “first step” towards enjoying a great new life in Thailand that I know of.

This comprehensive resource can help YOU start “living like royalty” in Thailand without ever wondering what you need to do first…second…third…and every step after that.

Escape to Thailand: Everything You Need to Know to Retire Better, Invest Well, and Enjoy the Good Life for Less

Here's the story behind this power-packed Thailand resource.

Just last year, we asked our full-time, "on-the-ground" Thailand correspondent (you'll meet him in a minute) to create the ULTIMATE guide for ANYONE wishing to travel, live or retire in Thailand today.

And we asked him to include EVERYTHING he wished he knew… BEFORE he and his wife moved to Thailand full-time.

But here's the thing…

We DIDN'T want him to include the kind of information you can find in any mainstream travel guide…

… OR by doing a simple Google search.

You know…stuff like "Where are the best hotels?" or "Where are the most popular tourist attractions?" or anything like that.

You can find all that out easily, all on your own, with a few simple clicks.

Instead, what we REALLY wanted for our readers was the kind of "inside intel" you simply can't find anywhere else. The kind of information only someone who's "been there" and "done that" as an on-the-ground expat in Thailand would know.

So that's what our Thailand correspondent set out to do.

And after several months of painstaking research, writing and editing, he's come up with the kind of resource that can help you make Thailand your new part-time or full-time home as quickly, easily and affordably as possible.

The result?

The guide we've called Escape to Thailand: Everything You Need to Know to Retire Better, Invest Well, and Enjoy the Good Life for Less.

And quite frankly, this is perhaps the most helpful, most concise and most straight-to-the-point guide on travelling, living AND retiring in Thailand you'll EVER get your hands on.

And by the way…

This Is NOT Your Generic Thailand Travel Guide. FAR FROM IT!

This powerful, one-of-a-kind resource on Thailand is designed to help you discover EVERYTHING you need to know about how to live and retire in the best expat havens in Thailand…

…BEFORE YOU EVEN GO!

You'll find out what each expat haven has to offer…how much you can expect to pay for a monthly rental in Thailand's best expat destinations…and SO much more!

Imagine having your very own Thailand "concierge" at your side to help give you the most CRITICAL information on living in Thailand…BEFORE you decide to go and have a look first-hand!

That's exactly what you'll get when you get your hands on a copy of Escape to Thailand.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS…instead of paying a personal concierge, specialist tour guide or seasoned Thai expat several thousand dollars to "show you the ropes" on living in Thailand…

…you'll gain access to the exact same kind of "inside intel" on travelling, living and retiring in Thailand before you book your tickets to the World's #1 Retirement Destination for Aussies!

Think of how much time, money and potential hassles you'll save…

…Simply by "following the lead" of someone who's already "been there" and "done that" before you!

So right now, I'd like to introduce you to our man on the ground in Thailand…and author of Escape to Thailand.

Meet Michael Cullen—Your "On-The-Ground Contact" In Thailand, The World's Top Retirement Destination For Australians

Back in 2014, Brisbane native Michael Cullen started thinking about taking early retirement.

He knew it wasn't an option in Australia, but he soon discovered the key to making it happen was an overseas move.

His wife, Vivien, was on board with the idea of breaking away from the 9-to-5 and embracing a freer, more inspiring life as well.

The only question then was, "Where to?"

After a trip to Europe, the couple explored Panama and Ecuador before turning their attention to Thailand.

The Royal Resort town of Hua Hin, with its low-cost, good living and laidback beachtown vibe, stood out.

And in 2015 they arrived, sight-unseen, to begin their adventure.

Now settled in their two-bedroom villa (complete with private pool and a spa), the couple are enjoying a happier, healthier life in “The Land of Smiles.”

"It's a far more affordable life thanks to the cost of living that on average, is a third of what we paid back in Australia, says Michael.

Here's why Michael's move from Brisbane to Thailand bodes well for YOU.

Michael has already done all the "hard" stuff when he made the move to Thailand with his wife Vivian.

He had to figure out the best places to live…what visa to apply for…how to build a network of trustworthy contacts…how to discover the best restaurants…the best grocery stores…shopping centres…car and motorbike dealerships…hospitals…dentists…EVERYTHING…

And he's taken everything he learned in his experience moving to Thailand and documented it in Escape to Thailand.

Here's A Taste Of What You'll Discover When You Get Your Hands On This Incredibly Powerful Resource On Thailand

You'll discover:

…and much, much, MUCH more!

In short…

You'll Find Out EVERYTHING You Need to Know to make Thailand Your New Part-Time or Full-Time Home!

Think of how much time…and money…and possible headaches this could save you!

Sure, Thailand is a very, VERY easy place to "set up shop" as an expat.

And you could definitely just jump on a plane and "wing it" on your own.

But here's the thing.

That's really not the best way to do it.

After all, your time is valuable. And you want to make every second of your Thailand experience as pleasant and worthwhile as possible.

And you can do just that by leveraging all of Michael's hard-won, on-the-ground experience.

Do just this and you'll be able to avoid a HUGE amount of searching for things once you get there…asking questions you should already know the answer to…and generally just "figuring things out" one step at a time.

With the guide Escape to Thailand at your side, you can avoid almost all of that.

And that's not all…

Order Escape to Thailand: Everything You Need to Know to Retire Better, Invest Well, and Enjoy the Good Life for Less Today, And You'll Also Get Two Special Bonuses…

With this brand-new special offer today, you'll receive:

BONUS #1: Special Report, Fantastic Rentals In Thailand's Top 7 Expat Havens From $300 A Month

As I mentioned before, one of the great things about living in Thailand is all the cheap real estate opportunities.

Especially rentals.

In fact, if you know where to look, you can still find hundreds and hundreds (even THOUSANDS) of great rental opportunities in Thailand for $800…$700…even $600 a month or less!

And I'm not just talking about tiny "shoebox" apartments or thatched-roof beach huts with no running water, either.

MANY of these ultra-affordable properties in Thailand boast all the modern amenities you'd expect in a modern, first-class property in the tropics…including high-speed internet, air-conditioning, hot water, a kitchen, and close proximity to beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping areas and more!

The only trick is finding these great bargains.

Sometimes, it's not that easy to find a complete "list" of affordable properties in Thailand's best expat destinations…all in one place.

But not for you!

You see, we've created a Special Report that lists dozens of great rental opportunities in Thailand from as little as $300.

It's called Fantastic Rentals In Thailand's Top 7 Expat Havens From $300 A Month.

And it gives you all the details on rental opportunities in Thailand's best expat destinations right now.

This way, the next time you plan a visit to Thailand, you'll have a FANTASTIC idea of what kind of place you can rent for as little as $300 a month… PLUS where you can find properties like these.

But that's not all you'll get.

BONUS #2: Special Report, Your Own Home in Thailand: Everything You Need to Buy a Bargain Property at the Beach or in an Exotic City

On a budget of just $2,500 a month, a couple can live comfortably here. Some people live on much less.

When you bump that up to, say, $3,500 a month or more, you'll enjoy all the creature comforts you desire.

Throw in one trip or so per month within Thailand…or even a neighbouring country like Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam or Laos and you'll still have some money left over.

And right now, you can still find some great real estate deals in Thailand…if you know where and how to buy.

In this special report, you'll hear from those savvy expats who have already bought their own dream home in Thailand as well as from real estate expert, Ronan McMahon—who appears here courtesy of Pathfinder, International Living's preferred real estate advertiser.

From Thailand's royal beach town to an exotic cosmopolitan city, this special report will give you the insider information you'll need to know when buying your own dream home in "The Land Of Smiles".

These two very special, one-of-a-kind bonuses can be yours when you get your hands on Escape to Thailand: Everything You Need to Know to Retire Better, Invest Well, and Enjoy the Good Life for Less as part of this special Thailand Offer.
